Do you have future goals? Do you anxious? We address stress, anxiety and other conditions and offer tools and techniques to maintain good mental health and shift unhealthy practices. Our Mindset pillar incorporates powerful brain-training techniques, visualisation, affirmations and healthy living practices for healthier minds.

Our Mindset workshops are tailored to suit small, medium to corporate organisations. Options may include running short 1 hour Lunch’n’Learns or incorporate wellness sessions as a large workplace wellbeing program to create a holistic wellbeing package for your workplace. We would be more than happy to draw up a proposal that suits your budget and organisational requirements.

5 ESSENTIALS FOR FINANCIAL WELLNESS

  • Individuals are likely to achieve financial wellness when they can meet bills and credit commitments, pay for day-to-day expenses, and have money left over once they paid for their living expenses. Essentials include:
    • Essential 1: Budgeting;
    • Essential 2: Superannuation.
    • Essential 3: Risk.
    • Essential 4: Taxes. 
    • Essential 5: Managing Expenses.
  • Sessions can vary from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and conducted by a certified Financial Wellness Facilitator.

LIVING FINANCIAL WELL 

  • Individuals have a set of attitudes, values, and beliefs regarding money, both positive and negative. Learn how to examine your beliefs, adjust your mindset, and establish a personal philosophy around money management and personal growth.
  • Sessions can vary from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and conducted by a certified Financial Wellness Facilitator.
  • All welcome- no experience is necessary

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SESSIONS

  • Guided mindfulness meditation sessions in the workplace to reduce stress levels, improve focus and relaxation and productivity.
  • Sessions are usually 45 minutes – 60 minutes and conducted by a certified mindfulness practitioner
  • All welcome- no experience is necessary
